Order Processing
Each AURÉA order is carefully prepared to ensure the quality of our products before shipment.
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- France: 5 to 10 business days
- Belgium: 5 to 10 business days
- Switzerland: 5 to 12 business days
- Other destinations: depending on the delivery country
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
You will be able to track your package at any time.
Shipping Costs
Tracked shipping is free on all orders placed through the AURÉA store.
Exceptional Delays
During certain periods (public holidays, high demand, exceptional events or logistical constraints), delivery times may be slightly extended.
