Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Conditions

The bracelet must be returned unworn, undamaged and in its original condition.

• Item must be unworn
• Item must not be damaged
• Returned in its original packaging whenever possible
• Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our side.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and your order number.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
